We acknowledge that the telephone system is usually the primary mode of communication between our customers and their customers and suppliers. As an important business tool, the upkeep and maintenance of the system is of paramount importance. Integrated BSL offers an ongoing maintenance package to ensure the smooth operation of your telephone system, keeping disruption to a minimum and safeguarding your business.

Should they occur, most faults can be identified via an ISDN modem link to our service engineers. Software faults can be rectified immediately via programming down the link. Hardware faults can be traced and the engineer can then arrive fully aware of the problem and with the correct replacement parts. This obviously keeps maintenance time to a minimum providing the best service to you and your customers.

Our standard package provides cover as follows:

Major system fault (20% + failure) 4 working hour response
System fault 8 working hour response
Handset fault 16 working hour response
Remote Programming / alterations 16 working hour response

This provides full maintenance cover for Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. and access to our technical support desk between these hours.

We regularly take backups of your configuration details, so that if there was a major problem, an up to date record of your programming details are preserved, and can be quickly restored.

Bespoke packages are available on request and can be tailored to suit your company’s exact requirements. Packages can include 24-hour cover, prompt response guarantees and disaster recovery systems. We can also build in extended working hours so that repairs can be effected outside the working day and thus provide minimum disruption to your business.
