OmniPCX

Alcatel OmniPCX Office offers you a high degree of scalability, from 6 to 236 users. It is available in 3 different cabinet sizes that can easily be mounted in a 19-inch data cabinet or wall-mounted.

Each cabinet comes with universal back panel slots, allowing you to add a variety of interface boards to suit your needs. If you need to expand further you can add extra interface boards or, if necessary, additional cabinets

The system has been designed to be stackable and rackable. The racks can be piled up (max. 3 racks), or put in a 19" rack structure, thanks to a mechanical mounting kit.

Boards:
The boards of OmniPCX Office are highly modular for a made-to-measure offer. Four main kinds of boards are available: CPUs and CoCPUs boards (depending upon services needed), LAN boards (to create or expand a LAN), trunk boards (analogue, ISDN), and line boards (for analogue and digital terminals). Mixed boards are also available, for increased modularity on smaller configurations.

Software keys:
All the software is embedded in the CPU’s and the CPUe’s for Internet, Data and Voice. The software key system allows implementing new services or increasing the number of users smoothly and gradually.
