Project Management
We handle all areas of the project management. Briefly these comprise:
- Liaise with BT or other network providers with regard to exchange line, DDI range and signalling details, timescales of service, new number availability, old number requirements (if applicable) and agree a date for the cutover of new lines, or the switching over of existing lines.
- Liaise with the customer to arrange a training timetable dates and to establish a schedule of works which will culminate in a commissioning date when all the services will be live.
- Agree the locations of control cabinets, sockets and terminal types (a site plan is generally required).
- Agree programming details for Exchange lines, DDI numbers, groups, extensions, night service, speed dial numbers, voice mail and any other facilities to be used.
Training
Effective training unlocks the investment of your purchase. We always provide pre-training at your offices with a working system a day or two before we go live with the system, and training cover on the actual go live date. Thus, our customers are confident with new facilities such as DDI and voicemail right from the start, and use these features properly.
We have our own trainers who will be able to assist users with the best way in which to use their telephones for their needs, in order to maximise their communication potential with customers or suppliers.
We also run regular system administration training in our Daventry training room, which will enable users to get the most out of the system by being able to change the configuration.
Typical areas covered are: programming speed dials, setting up new users, call barring, subscribing DECT telephones, and voicemail configuration. This additional training can be arranged at your convenience, when you are ready for it.
