Integrated BSL now offers a complete range of network services from line ordering and provision, line rental and, finally, call costs. Our access to the BT Wholesale system means that we can provide a fast, efficient ordering process and still save our customers money on their monthly or quarterly line rentals.
As we bill for line rentals as well as calls, we can offer customers a single consolidated bill for calls and access, hence we significantly reduce the numbers of bills that a customer has to process.
Gone are the days when you could only get your lines installed and billed by BT. We can now do this on your behalf and manage the process along the way. We provide innovative rental and call billing solutions; manage the ordering, installation, service and ongoing billing for calls and line rental for these solutions.
Call billing tailored exclusively for you
One of the many major advantages of our billing service is that we have the flexibility to offer a call package tailored exactly to your needs. For example, if you make a large volume of calls to a particular country we could provide an exclusive rate for that destination. Most other providers may only offer a blanket rate for certain regions, which is of little comfort if you never call those countries. Trouble-free line connections
We take care of telephone line orders and ongoing rentals. If you want to order extra lines or upgrade to a new service, for example ISDN30, you simply order those through Integrated BSL. We will arrange for a BT engineer to install them and we will act as Project-Manager, helping to ensure that your lines are delivered on time when you need them. Furthermore, our rental rates are, typically, 10%-15% lower than BT.
One place to call for problems
If you encounter any telecommunications fault – whether the problem lies with the Alcatel system, BT or the carrier – one call to us takes care of it. This will speed up rectification time and reduce finger pointing between suppliers.
Innovative Web-based call logging
Spiralling telephone call costs are always one of the major concerns to any business looking to keep on top of overheads. A competitive tariff is only of maximum benefit when coupled with a sensible approach to monitoring telephone usage.
Integrated BSL offers a straightforward and cost-effective answer in the form of its online call logging facility. There are distinct advantages in this approach, most obviously the lack of any hardware investment by the customer. For traditional on-site call logging you need to cover the expense of the software and installation plus a dedicated PC on which to run it. Then there are annual maintenance contracts to ensure that any software faults are fixed. Our solution takes away all these problems; you simply log on to the secure site and manage all the statistics from there.
Also, on-site call loggers use algorithms to ‘estimate’ the duration of each call. For example, a call logger will base the length of any call on when the call was dialled and when it was ended. You might dial a number and wait 2 minutes without being answered but this will still show up as a chargeable call on a normal call logger. Again, this is a thing of the past with our solution; you will be able to see the actual time of each and every call.
