Based in Daventry, Northamptonshire, Integrated Business Systems Limited is a specialist provider of VoIP communications and traditional telecommunications systems.
Working very closely with Alcatel, one of the world’s largest communication organisations, we can provide every aspect of our customers’ requirements:
- Consultancy, to ensure that we are recommending the right solution that works for the customers environment..
- Project management, to ensure that we will meet the customer’s requirements exactly.
- Provision of network services such as ISDN or analogue phone lines, ADSL or SDSL, or Private or VPN connections. We ensure that the right exchange lines are provided in the right place on the right day, and that the customer is advised in advance of any new numbers
- Installation and programming of the equipment, including any cabling requirements for voice or LAN, in accordance with the customers’ requirements.
- Training of receptionists and staff on how to best use the system to maximise the benefits, and how to ensure good telephone etiquette (especially with key areas such as voicemail or contact manager integration).
- Ongoing maintenance and technical support to ensure that any faults or questions are quickly dealt with.
- Ongoing account management to ensure that the customer is kept up to date with new facilities, and to assist with any day-to-day issues.
